More about this app
Obtainium fork for discovering and installing apps from source, with Shizuku, Dhizuku and Sui install backends.

Discoverium allows you to install and update apps directly from their releases pages, and receive notifications when new releases are made available.

Fork
Discoverium is a fork of Obtainium. Obtainium is great, but it is missing one feature. That feature is a search function for application discovery, like a repository or store. As far as can be told the lack of the feature is very intentional.
Installation
Limitations
- For some sources, data is gathered using Web scraping and can easily break due to changes in website design. In such cases, more reliable methods may be unavailable.

How Shizuku is used
Can silently install tracked apps and split bundles via `Shizuku`
This is an AI-assisted analysis of Shizuku-related usages in the app's public source code. It is best effort, so it may not catch every single usage.
How this app uses Shizuku
Discoverium uses Shizuku to install its tracked apps without extra taps.
- Silent app installs: tracked apps and updates downloaded by the app are installed without the system install prompt through Shizuku.
- Split bundle installs: multi file downloads with a base app plus split files are installed together in one session through Shizuku.
- Set install source: an optional setting reports Google Play as the install source for apps installed through Shizuku.
Android APIs or commands used
android.content.pm.PackageInstaller
Notable details
If Shizuku is unavailable the app falls back to the system install method with the normal Android prompt.
